1. The lower rate must be available for booking at the time you contact us and you need to share a link/documentation of the lower price with us within 36 hours for us to check details
2. You must be eligible for the lower price you are referring to – for example, a senior citizen rate can only be offered to someone who meets the senior citizen criteria
3. The price guarantee is valid for published retail fares (fares available on a public domain) for exactly the same ship, sail date, stateroom category and for the same number of passenger(s)
4. We will also match cruise line promotions if they are any for the same ship, sail date, stateroom category and the same number of passengers
5. Agent offers, deals and special promos are not included in this program
6. It will also not include rates offered on membership program websites, corporate discounts or rates; group, charter, rewards program, incentive, meeting, convention, consolidator or interline prices; prices obtained via auction or similar process; or prices available only by using a coupon or other promotion not offered to the general public
7. The subsequent lower rate will be subject to the prevailing taxes and fees and/or fuel supplement, if applicable
8. In case of any disputes, the decision of TIRUN Travel Marketing will be final and binding
9. We reserve the right at our sole discretion to modify or discontinue the Best Price Guarantee or to restrict its availability to any person, at any time, for any or no reason, and without prior notice or liability to you
10. The terms that are in effect at the time of your booking will determine your eligibility under the Best Price Guarantee
