There are two distinct areas in the small town of Seward: the small boat waterfront and the Historic downtown area. Shop for souvenirs and hand crafted gifts to take back home.
GRAB A BITE
If you are by the waterfront, stop by at Chinooks to sample their King Crabs or salmon. Great service, good food and amazing views! Crepes are a specialty at Le Barn Appétit - vegetarians will be spoilt for choice here and the atmosphere and friendly service have made sure it is the number one spot to have a meal at when in Seward. After that head to Nature's Nectar and sip on the best coffee in that Alaska has to offer!
AVERAGE TEMPERATURES
In May the temperatures are at the 56F/13C level. July is the warmest month with temperature hovering at 64F/18C and after that the temperatures start to fall steadily.
