Once you have chosen your cruise, contact your travel agent or get in touch with us at TIRUN to make your reservation.
In order to make the reservation you will need to give your names as per your passport, pay a deposit amount as stipulated depending on the length and duration of your cruise. Once the deposit has been paid, you will receive a written confirmation.

Final payment of the balance must be received at our office at least 60 days prior to the sailing date for the cruise.
Note: "Holiday" sailings (sailings over Thanksgiving, Christmas & New Year), require final payment 90 days prior to the sailing date for the cruise.
A choice of 3 payment options are available for payment:
Shipboard accommodation as reserved and paid for, ocean transportation per itinerary, all meals, some non-alcoholic beverages available in vending machines (including, tea, coffee, lemonade and iced-tea), 24-hours Room Service*, and, recreation and entertainment as provided onboard. All guests have unlimited free access to almost all public areas on board the ship.
The cruise vacation price does not include items of a personal nature, such as shore excursions, beverages, dining in the specialty restaurants, laundry, telephone calls, photographs, medical services, casino chips, onboard shopping, or other items not specifically stated as included in the cruise cost etc. These items may be purchased separately.
There are no special prices for children and infants, but if they in the same cabin as the parents then the price for third and fourth person will apply and that is considerably lower than the price of the first and second person in the cabin.
Senior citizens (55 years and over) prices are available on selected sailings and itineraries. Please check with your agent or TIRUN for special rates if available.
If you are not the parent or legal guardian of a minor travelling with you, please make sure you have an original notarized letter from a parent authorizing you to take the child on the particular cruise, as also administer authorizations in case of a medical emergency.
Yes it is possible to board later or disembark earlier than the actual length of the cruise. However, written permission has to be applied for atleast one week in advance, and
this can be allowed only in certain countries where cabotage laws permit this.
Royal Caribbean International: If you have made your reservation through a travel agent, please apply to Royal Caribbean with this request through your travel agent. If you
have made your bookings directly then you can apply to RCI directly.
It is strongly recommended to buy insurance coverage for your cruise. At RCI, Celebrity and Azamara it is called the Assist Card or Cruise Care Travel Insurance. The Assist Card provides coverage against loss or damage to luggage, loss of documents and cancellations for specified reasons, in the event, that you have to cancel your cruise.
